With GR-OPENSCREEN´s unique compound collection you can explore the target and compound space with Greece´s best chemistry and biology. The compound collection will be composed of proprietary compounds collected from European chemists as well as of selected commercial compounds. The compound collection will cover unbiased chemical diversity with an expected size of 60.000 compounds.

The compound collection will be fully profiled against hundreds of assays per year, conducted by GR-OPENSCREEN´s network of screening centres.

All compounds entering the compound library will be characterised for a basic standard set of properties (bioprofiling); around 40 data points will be measured for each compound covering e.g. biophysical and antimicrobial activities as well as cellular cytotoxicity.
