As a data scientist you can profit from our large-scale open-access data. It provides you with the basis for computational data integration and allows for prediction of drug-target interactions and networks, adverse effects and drug combinations. Our database will contain well-annotated, standardised, controlled datasets with great coverage of chemical space to external scientists. The content of GR-OPENSCREEN database will be freely available for download, redistribution or analysis.
A public database license ensures that GR-OPENSCREEN and its contributors get the credit for their work by proper citations. The GCBD-Management in cooperation with the GR-OPENSCREEN Office will answer queries and support users. When accessing the database, you will have to accept the terms of the ECBD database license, which ensures that GR-OPENSCREEN and its contributors are properly acknowledged for their work.
